3BT: Catchup Edition

Three Beautiful Things, albeit a bit sideways....

1) The wonderful photos in the slideshow at my beloved father-in-law's funeral.
2) Having ceilings in the bathrooms again, rather than large holes.
3) The air conditioner working properly again.

Also, this is my 500th post.

(So, what's been up with you?)

Three Beautiful Things

Thursday Edition!
  1. Having a song sung to me on the way to work in a little piping voice about a monster, a starfish, a shark, and lava dragons.
  2. Learning that the name of the spider we've seen in the bushes every day this week is, in fact, Darth Vader.
  3. Hearing from two friends that their babies arrived safe and sound and everyone is healthy, happy and tired. Congratulations, Kevin & Linda and Chris & Jen!

3BT: Tucson Spring Morning

1) Not needing a jacket on the way to work.
2) The lovely light smell of the new-blooming trees and bushes.
3) A free extra shot of espresso (and a kiss on the cheek) from the corner Coffee Dude.

Aaah, spring...

Three Beautiful Things

Inspired by the 3BT blog...
  1. The first night sleeping without AC, all the windows thrown open.
  2. The first sip of a good cup of hot coffee.
  3. The unusual quiet of the hallways at work today.
Forecast this week? All 90° or lower for the highs, and into the 60s at night. Thus begins the most perfect part of the year!
